Priority Seating Registration grants you access into the auditorium starting 30 minutes before service. 10 minutes before service, we will open all available seats to those without reservations.

Will childcare be provided?

Yes. Action Kids will be available only for children from six weeks through Preschool. Children in Kindergarten or older are invited to attend the service with their families and will need a seating reservation.

Is it free to attend services?

There is no cost to attend An Action Church Christmas.

What does my ticket grant me?

Reserving a ticket simply grants you access to a priority seat starting 30 minutes before the service starts. At 10 minutes before service time, we will be opening any available seats to those that do not have reservations.

If I don’t reserve a ticket, can I still attend An Action Church Christmas?

Yes, absolutely! Tickets grant you a priority seat up until 10 minutes before the service begins. At that point, we would be happy to seat you and your family in the available seats in our Auditorium.

What time should I plan to arrive for my reserved service?

Doors to the auditorium will open 30 minutes prior to the service. Those with seating reservations will be seated first. Many services will be full, so we recommend arriving early so you have plenty of time to find your seat before the service begins. Seating will be open to those without reservations 10 minute prior to the service. After this time, reservations will no longer provide guaranteed seats.

Can I present my ticket(s) on my mobile device instead of printing them?

Yes. Please be prepared to show the greeter your PDF ticket at the door of the auditorium.

What if I have too many reservations? Should I return them?

Yes! We'd appreciate it if you would release any unneeded reservations for upcoming services as soon as you know you will not use them. You can do this by editing your reservation online using your Eventbrite account.

Will this service include candle-lighting?

Yes! There will be a special candlelight moment during every service of An Action Church Christmas.

Will the services taking place on Christmas Eve be different from those taking place on the 21stor 23rd?

No, An Action Church Christmas will be the same experience for everyone, regardless of which day you celebrate with us!

Will you have any services on Christmas Day, December 25th?

We will not be holding services at any of our locations on Christmas Day.

Can I make my reservation at the church?

If you need assistance with your reservation, you can visit the Connect Center at any of our locations on Sunday and a friendly A-Team Member can assist you!

My preferred service is full. What do I do now?

If reservations for your preferred service are no longer available, we encourage you to choose a service at a different time or date. However, reservations only gain you access to a priority seat up until 10 minutes before the service. We will have seats available for those that show up without reservations and would be happy to seat you and your family at that point.

Which services will we stream online this year?

This year we will be live streaming all of our Christmas services online! Join us live on our website, Facebook and Youtube.

Which services will have Spanish Translation available?

This year we will have Spanish Translation available at all of our Christmas services!
