• Praise God that in His pursuit and love for us, He used believers to encourage and bring us back into relationship with Him.

• Thank God that in Him we find our life’s purpose and callings.

• Invite the Holy Spirit to show you where, how, and to whom you should go in order to advance the vision for Action Church.

• Surrender your time, talents, and treasures into God’s hands as you respond to the call to go and advance the Kingdom of God.

• Praise God that in Jesus we have the greatest example of serving and loving others.

• Thank God for spiritual gifts the Holy Spirit has empowered us with in order to serve others and point them to Jesus.

• Invite the Holy Spirit to fill you with a fresh outpouring of His power for the purpose of serving others as He leads.

• Ask the Holy Spirit to teach you to serve like Jesus served— not to be seen, but to love.

• Surrender hesitation and fear and take your next step to advance in serving the church.

• Thank God for choosing and empowering us to reflect Him in this lost and broken world.

• Invite the Holy Spirit to give you specific names of those He is calling you to reach and connect this year.

• Reflect on your life and decisions in the past year. Repent from sin that has prevented you from being in a true relationship with God and from reflecting the heart of God to others.

• Surrender your will and desired outcomes for God’s will, trusting His leading as you seek to connect to everything God has for your life.

• Thank God for His Word that leads us in Truth and provides wisdom and guidance.

• Invite the Lord to give you understanding and revelation concerning His Word so you may share it with confidence.

• Surrender legalistic approaches to a relationship with God and His Word and invite the Holy Spirit to guide you in true intimacy with Him.

• Praise God that He created us intentionally and with a purpose.

• Thank God that in Him we are equipped for every good work ahead of us.

• Invite God to open your eyes to see the opportunities before you to reach people for Him.

• Surrender your fears, doubts, and insecurities. Ask God for opportunities to move in the authority you have been given in Christ to boldly reach people.

• Reflect on your current relationships. If there is unforgiveness, offense, or anger, confess them to God and repent so that you may be a holy vessel useful to Him.

Even though I am free of the demands and expectations of everyone, I have voluntarily become a servant to any and all in order to reach a wide range of people: religious, nonreligious, meticulous moralists, loose-living immoralists, the defeated, the demoralized—whoever. I didn’t take on their way of life. I kept my bearings in Christ—but I entered their world and tried to experience things from their point of view. I’ve become just about every sort of servant there is in my attempts to lead those I meet into a God-saved life. I did all this because of the Message.
