PASTOR JUSTIN DAILEY
FOUNDING PASTOR, LEAD PASTOR OF TEACHING AND VISION

Pastor Justin is originally from Birmingham, Alabama. In 2004, he left a golf scholarship to attend Highlands College, at Church of the Highlands (Birmingham, AL). During this time he discovered an authentic relationship with Jesus and his calling to full-time ministry. In early 2012, Pastor Justin felt a clear call to plant Action Church. Just a year later, after a visit to Winter Springs, Florida, he knew he had found Action’s home. Partnering with the Association of Related Churches (ARC) and a neighborhood clubhouse full of families, Action Church was born on January 26th, 2014. Launch day saw 797 people in attendance, and since that day, Action Church has grown to three locations and has reached thousands with the message of the gospel. God has given Pastor Justin a vision and passion for reaching people in central Florida and connecting them to everything God has for their life. He is married to his beautiful wife Gabby, and has two sons, Bentley and Kingston.

Lead Pastor of Ministry

Pastor Tyler has worked closely with Pastor Justin Dailey in developing the ministry of Action Church since it launched in 2014. Tyler and his wife, Kelly grew up in Bradenton, Florida. They moved in 2013 to Winter Springs to help launch Action. Tyler has a passion to see people develop a personal relationship with God that allows them to fully experience all He has for them. Tyler and Kelly live in Winter Springs, FL with their three children Elijah, Carter, and Eleanor.

+ PASTOR PARKER WOMACK
Lead Pastor of Operations

Pastor Parker moved from Bradenton, Florida, with his wife Claire, to help launch Action Church in 2014. Over a cup of coffee in 2013, Pastor Justin explained the launch plan for Action Church and Parker was convinced that moving to Winter Springs was he and his family’s next step. Since moving, Parker and Claire have grown their family adding two boys, Owen and Oliver. Parker is continually motivated to create new systems and structures to better care for people and more effectively accomplish the mission of Action Church.

1. WE ARE GUIDED BY SPIRITUAL ELDERS

They are led by Pastor Justin. This team oversees the development of the spiritual life of the church and its staff, and acts as staff elders.

2. We are protected by Stewardship Elders

These elders are members of the congregation who oversee the finances and direct the provision of the facilities needed by the church. They provide counsel to the Operational Leadership Team regarding the major financial commitments of the church. They serve as non-staff elders.

3. We are strengthened by Apostolic Elders

These elders are pastors of nationally respected congregations and ministries who love Action Church and are willing to provide spiritual protection to the church. They may be called in to help in accountability manners relating to the Lead Pastor if requested by the staff elders.
