Premarital FAQ’S
+ How do we begin the premarital program and/or schedule an Action Church pastor to officiate our wedding?
Click here to fill out our Action Church Premarital application. To have an Action Church Pastor officiate your wedding you must complete the Action Church Premarital Program.
+ DO WE NEED TO BE MEMBERS OF ACTION CHURCH TO GO THROUGH THE PREMARITAL PROGRAM OR HAVE AN ACTION CHURCH PASTOR OFFICIATE OUR WEDDING?
Yes. To go through Action Church’s premarital program and have an Action Church Pastor officiate your wedding ceremony, you must be a member of Action Church. If you are not currently a member, you can become a member by completing Action Steps and signing the Membership Covenant. There is a 6 month minimum from your wedding date to allow time to complete Action Steps and pair you with a Premarital trained couple for counseling.
+ What is the cost of premarital counseling at Action Church?
The cost to go through the Action Church Premarital Program is $100 per couple. This covers all assessments and the materials used for premarital counseling.
+ WHAT ARE THE GUIDELINES FOR AN ACTION CHURCH PASTOR TO OFFICIATE OUR WEDDING?
In addition to completing the Action Church Premarital Program and being a member of Action Church, there is a minimum $300 fee for an Action Church Staff Pastor and $500 fee for an Action Church Location Pastor to officiate your wedding. In instances of destination weddings, more than 50 miles from Central Florida, it is not guaranteed to have an Action Church Pastor officiate your wedding and will be on case by case basis.
+ Can we have our ceremony at an Action Church Location?
We do not hold wedding ceremonies at any Action Church locations.
