We want to cultivate a generation of Christ-centered leaders who are equipped to influence the world with the life changing message of Jesus. Action Leadership Academy is designed to help spiritual believers become spiritual leaders who use their gifts to impact their world and passionately pursue Jesus.

Let the message about Christ, in all its richness, fill your lives. Teach and counsel each other with all the wisdom he gives. Sing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs to God with thankful hearts. And whatever you do or say, do it as a representative of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks through him to God the Father.
 Colossians 3:16-17

What to expect: Each track includes 12 sessions taught by one of our Pastors. Sessions consist of a 40-minute teaching followed by a 15-minute Q&A to help you process and apply what you’re learning.

ALA Fall Semester

Action Leadership Academy (ALA) — ALA offers two tracks in one night: the first hour focuses on Biblical Studies, and the second hour is dedicated to Biblical Leadership, allowing you to grow in both spiritual depth and  ministry leadership. With a commitment to spiritual growth, ALA integrates in-depth biblical knowledge with hands-on leadership principles to equip you for life and ministry.

  • This track is designed for those who want to strengthen their foundation in Scripture.
In a culture filled with confusion and compromise, this track will equip you to think deeply, live faithfully, and stand firmly on biblical truth. This is meant to feel like a college-level course, offering a thoughtful and academic approach to Christian faith through apologetics, theology, and philosophy.

Together, we’ll explore how to trust God and the Bible, build a solid biblical foundation, and engage with the cultural issues of our time from a scriptural worldview. You’ll be challenged to go deeper with topics like biblical truth, philosophical arguments, and the Pauline approach to theology.

This track includes structured notes, assigned readings, and discussion designed to sharpen your faith, strengthen your convictions, and prepare you to articulate what you believe and why. If you’re hungry to engage your mind and strengthen your foundation, this track is for you.

  • This track focuses on the heart and habits of a Christ-centered leader. Before you can lead others well, you must first learn to lead yourself. This track will challenge you to embrace self-led leadership—the foundation of all lasting influence.

You’ll discover your personal strengths and weaknesses through tools, assessments, and unpack what true submission and spiritual discipline look like in daily life. Topics include self-care, emotional intelligence (EQ), healthy communication, and leading with empathy. We will learn how to lead with confidence, humility, and authenticity.

This journey will stretch you both spiritually and practically as you learn to do hard things, grow in self-awareness, and become the kind of leader others want to follow.

We suggest that you attend both tracks. Whether you're looking to dig deeper into the Bible or sharpen your leadership skills, ALA will challenge, equip, and inspire you.
