Action Leadership Academy is designed to help spiritual believers become spiritual leaders who use their gifts to impact their world and passionately pursue Jesus.

What is ALA? Action Leadership Academy (ALA) consists of leadership development teachings. If you desire to develop your leadership and better empower those around you, ALA is for you! We want to help you discover how to become your best version of leadership.

Who is ALA For? Action Leadership Academy is for any Action Church member who desires to develop their leadership through a deeper understanding of the Bible and practical examples from scripture.

Action Leadership Academy exists to equip leaders with leadership skills and real world ministry training so they can maximize their impact.

FAQ

  • There will not be homework. Simply bring something to take notes with, and get ready to apply what you learn each week.

  • Childcare will not be provided for ALA.

  • Anyone interested in joining ALA will need to submit an application at the link above. We will look through the applications and email you with further instructions the following week. Anyone can join ALA, our only requirement is that you will have completed Action Steps by the end of the semester.

  • ALA is a commitment to investing in your leadership, and the best way to do this is to make your attendance a priority. We also understand that life happens! We ask that you miss no more than 2 sessions a semester.

  • All participants will put their leadership development into practice by leading at church in some capacity during the week/on Sundays.
